The dealership is fine, they have a good selection, they weren't overly pushy as I was comparing vehicles in the parking lot, and gave me space to contemplate. I didn't know this review site was available so I'm referencing an interaction from a few months ago. It's the employee, Khann Vun that made the experience miserable. He didn't remember me, but when I came in looking at a $60,000 Telluride I remembered him from when he worked at Hyundai Village of Danvers. He's a rude, perpetual child. I was very clear when I walked in the door, I could finance, and already had financing options available from my local bank and credit union (separately), but for 4.5-5% it makes more sense to pay for the vehicle in full. This wasn't a problem until at the very end when agreeing on a price, he told me that was only if I Finance through their creditor for 8% and less money down than what I wanted (Of course he wanted me to do this, they make much more on the interest the less you put down). When I wouldn't do it, he became visibly aggravated and told me that if I can't afford it I should look at cheaper cars. Dude, how many people come looking at $60,000 Kia's that have an 840 credit score and can pay cash? I'm probably the second one you've encountered this year and I walked out. I ended up buying a car elsewhere and the car I looked at, is still sitting on your lot. Excellent job, sir. More
