I went in for a maintenance on my vehicle and Chris the service manager explained everything that was going to be done and also offered a courtesy car wash. I received my vehicle back within an hour and a service manager explained everything that was going to be done and also offered a courtesy car wash. I took my car in for service last week, and supposedly they did an alignment, but they didn't give me the sheet showing that it was done. I've been waiting a week to talk to someone and no one wants to an they did an alignment, but they didn't give me the sheet showing that it was done. I've been waiting a week to talk to someone and no one wants to answer. It's very sad because I've always taken my car there for service, and that's even where I bought it. Very irresponsible, and the service is very expensive! I'll keep waiting for someone to respond! More
