The experience was one of the worst I have ever had. When I dropped my car off on 4/23/24 i was told about 2 weeks. It was not done until 9/30/24. I did not get a loaner until mid August and had to spend extra money to rent a car and pay for rides to get back and forth to work. Chis was always pleasant in this hard situation but needless to say they should not over book and keep any ones car for this long period of time. It really was very stressful for me. More
