BEST BMW DEALERSHIP Let me first start off by saying, I am the type of guy that does tons of research before purchasing a car. I have shopped around multiple BMW dealers and this is definitely one of the best and I keep coming back for a reason. I purchased my BMW M3 at this dealership back in 2012 and it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great price and continued giving me excellent care even years after my purchase. Then time finally came for me to trade in my M3 because I fell in love with the BMW i8. After shopping around, I found myself coming back to Princeton BMW and dealing with Richard Robinson who helped me back in 2012. He is a pleasant and jovial salesman who is very knowledgeable and was eager to help me. He made my car buying experience excellent even the second time around and still remembered my family and me. I was able to buy the BMW i8 through him and got the price I wanted. I would also like to say, the sales manager, Laura is a terrific, no nonsense person who also helped me get the deal I wanted. She was a pleasure to work with as well. I am excited to drive my new i8 and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I drive close to an hour and drive by another BMW dealership to get there. The main reason is the service department. It starts with my SA, Luke Stryker. He treats me as if I was his only client, in my opinion, the way it should be! He has never missed a deadline, is honest, knowledgable and most of all ethical. His techs in his team are by far the best around and if for some reason i can't reach Luke (Which never happens) Mike the service manager is always there to help. I would highly rate Princeton BMW!!!! Dom More

Ed's dedication to providing excellent customer service solidifies my loyalty to the BMW brand!! Bait and switch shop- and management knows it Don't believe anything these guys tell you or write down- When it comes contract time all of a sudden the price jumps. Wants to buy my Rating !! Don't trust them After couple of visits we agreed to buy certified 5 series. Paper work started, car was detailed. Then we saw scratch on the front bumper - right corner. We asked to fix it because it was visible. Now starts all tricks and gimmicks by manager. First it was direct no and the reason for that was Princeton BMW is not making any money on the car so can't spend more !! Ohh sorry, I forgot, it's NGO or may be BMW certification standards have come down. Here is the cheapest part.. After some more discussion manager says, "He will have it fixed if I PROMISE TO GIVE 10 out of 10 RATING on BMW POST SALE SURVEY"!! How can I trust Princeton BMW and ratings they are showing on their website ? I refused to promise any rating and manager bluntly decided not to sell the car. Horrible !! Total wastage of my time, effort and hit to my credit Looks like Princeton BMW forgot basic principal.. One should not ask for good ratings, instead you gotta EARN ratings by excellent customer service. More

15 years of excelent customer service I've purchased my first BMW here in 2000 and enjoy an excellent service ever since. Over the years we have established strong relation with a service I've purchased my first BMW here in 2000 and enjoy an excellent service ever since. Over the years we have established strong relation with a service adviser Michael Sobecki. I trust his advice and honest opinion. Over the years of travel I had to occasionally service my car in other states. I could always call Michael and check that what is being done to my car is a right thing to do. Across MA, CT and NJ, the Princeton BMW is my "place to go", whenever I have a chance. I would say that good service after the sale is much more important then a good sale price. This kind of service is one of the reasons I stay with BMW. That said, it would not hart if the prices for the service were more in line with say Japanese or Korean cars. Keep up the good work!
