I have been a manager since 18 years old, I myself can manage twice as better and still hit goal in sales and services. The sellers are good but then when they finish selling the car and they don't care for you no more. Make sure when you buy your car get everything gets done before you make the deal!!!! They will forget about you! More

I called him and told him what I needed and he found it for me (a pre-owned beautiful Volkswagen Jetta). He made sure it was reconditioned nicely -- going above and beyond with the paint on the bumper and had it checked out mechanically. I live out of town, so he kept me apprised through texts, emails, and phone calls. Very responsive. He picked me up at the train station. He accommodated my tight time schedule in ways that I'm sure no one else would have. He was professional and calm and helpful from beginning to end of the transaction and I am very happy with my car. That being said, I would advise any buyer to thoroughly research cars and prices before going here-- and to be careful in the financing department. Ultimately, I got a great car at a decent price with an excellent warranty and I am grateful. I needed to advocate for my position in order to get this outcome. More

The general attitude was laid back - it was not a busy place we could see sales people doing nothing - but no one bothered - finally we had to ask ! Even after that time - the attitude was take it or leave it - This happened 2 times and we assumed this was a fluke - the third time we made a appointment - and the person was missing at the appointed time - he was paged 3 times over 30 minutes with no luck !! No one else even bothered to help !! Finally is disgust we walked away to another BMW dealer in the area and bought a vehicle there !! More

Amazing, comfortable experience for my first BMW I recently bought a new BMW 535i and worked with Brian Morris from Princeton BMW throughout the entire buying process. This was my first BMW and so I I recently bought a new BMW 535i and worked with Brian Morris from Princeton BMW throughout the entire buying process. This was my first BMW and so I had a number of questions before being ready to make the purchase. Brian was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and comforting in every interaction we had and was knowledgeable about the details. I didn't feel at all pressured and felt that he and his management were fair and honest in trying to give me the best price. I have bought a number of cars and this was by far and away the best experience with a seller that I have had. I was super impressed by Brian and the entire dealership and am in love with my new car. Many thanks to Brian and the entire Princeton BMW team. You guys have earned a customer for life. More

I booked appointments online both times and next day I get a call from the lady at the Princeton BMW service center saying my appointment cannot be honored since they are overbooked and they don't take appointments after 1:30 pm since technician leave after that...this is very sloppy service coming from a BMW dealership! I am going to try some other service center. More
Great brand, incompetent and rude sales person We have been previous owners of BMW in a different country. Nearing lease expiration of our current SUV, we wanted to buy the car we liked earlier. So We have been previous owners of BMW in a different country. Nearing lease expiration of our current SUV, we wanted to buy the car we liked earlier. So, we walked into the BMW Princeton showroom close to our home having an idea of what we want. After going back and forth, a salesman approached us if we need help. No complains of no immediate attention as we walked in without an appointment. However, since then till the time we left the showroom, the salesperson gave us the impression ( by asking directly several times - are you going to buy ?) that he is interested in talking only if we told him upfront that we are buying right now. 1. We picked a car from inventory that was meeting our criteria, ask the sales guy if we can have a look. He got it for us, but again, "only if you buy ..." 2. Wife asked for test drive - answer is "only if you buy ..." Because we are familiar with the brand, quality, etc, we ignored the behavior and concentrated on moving forward. Myself and my wife briefly discussed and we decided to discuss the pricing (the usual - any further discounts, best px, etc) for closing the deal. I went back to the sales guy and said want to move ahead. I asked him the best offer price, he turned around the qn to me. I quoted the KBB fair price for the model. The sales guy got up and offered to shake hands - doesn't want to talk further. I was done at this point. A customer is sitting to do final negotiation ( after discounting the earlier behavior ) and the sales guy walks away. I along with the family just left the showroom at that point as there is no courtesy here for customers. Not sure how such a prestigious brand keeps such incompetent and rude sales people - it's a shame !!! More

My service advisor, Luke Stryker has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When it came time to upgrade I met with Mike Webb. Not only is he an all around good guy, he is the least salesy car salesman I have ever dealt with. He knows what he's talking about and the lease and purchase price were exceptional. The whole process takes way too long, but that is no fault of the dealership. My car is awesome and I'm happy. So happy that two weeks later when my fiancé whose been looking at new cars asked, I said let's go see Mike Webb. Keep in mind that with the residual value on leases coupled with the best maintenance/warranty in the industry BMW's are much more affordable than people think. We again went to Princeton and after driving a number of cars and again, zero pushiness, leased another gorgeous vehicle. Needless to say, she loves her car and these guys have earned a customer for life. More
