Every 3 years I purchase a pre-owned certified BMW. I can honestly say this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I was treated as though I were purchasing a brand new 7 series yet my purchas can honestly say this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I had my car in for regular maintenance recently and dealt with Michael Sobecki in the Service Department. Michael is extremely helpful - from the time I dropped my car off, to the time I picked it up, dealt with Michael Sobecki in the Service Department. Michael is extremely helpful - from the time I dropped my car off, to the time I picked it up, he kept me informed every step of the way. He is the number one reason I will continue to service my car at Princeton BMW. I would recommend Michael and this dealership to all BMW owners - I have never received such great treatment at any other car dealership! More
I didn't buy my new 2009 BMW X5 35d from Princeton BMW, but you'd never have known it from the way friendly and accommodating way Steven treated me. Because the dealer I did purchase my vehicle from is no but you'd never have known it from the way friendly and accommodating way Steven treated me. Because the dealer I did purchase my vehicle from is not local, I asked if I could get a small dent removed under a supplementary warranty coverage I purchased at the time I bought my car, which Princeton BMW also sells. Even though I was not one of their sales customers, they returned my call for assistance immediately and made an appointment for me to come in within 3 days. Because the work is actually performed by a sub-contractor, who does not come in until the afternoon, I was dismayed when I realized I was going to have to wait around the dealership for many hours for this repair to be made when I arrived at 7:30 am to drop the car off. Steven, seeing my dismay, immediately (without any prompting or request on my part) said they would be willing to provide me a loaner car so I could leave to make a business meeting I had ignorantly set-up for 10:00 am that morning, thinking my dent could be repaired immediately upon my arrival. This level of focus on customer satisfaction is just plain unheard of and I frankly was almost speechless with amazement & delight. What an exceptional dealership to be so accommodating to a customer who (1) didn't even buy their vehicle from them; and (2) was having a minor repair made that the dealership was not even performing itself, but sub-contracting out. I am still just completely astonished at Steven's actions. Going forward, I will definitely have ALL my service performed by this extraordinary dealership and when it is again time for me to purchase a BMW, this dealership will definitely be where I purchase. Credit goes to Jim Christ for reaching out to me when I had a complaint that I thought was being brushed off. To paraphrase the famous movie line, what we had at first was "a failure to communicate." I had purchased the OEM Wheel and Tire Warranty for my new car on the advice of the sales rep. That turned out to be good advice because two months later I had bent two of the wheels. So I took the car in new car on the advice of the sales rep. That turned out to be good advice because two months later I had bent two of the wheels. So I took the car into the service to have then replaced under warranty. When I inspected the new wheels I noticed that they were both scratched and gouged them both during installation. That was my second visit there and I'm not impressed with the quality of their service technicians or their customer service team. More
