I was in the market for a new car after a bad accident so saftey was my number one concern. I was indecisive to exactley what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord? I was very impressed with the priority for life and the other feacture that I heard advertised. I did not want to travel to Chesapeake for the Toyota since I live in Hampton. Therefore, my husband and I drove to the lot in Hampton, and there we met Harold, We struck it off right away, he was very attentive and listen to exactly what I was looking for, he could not find it on the lot, but his persistent to find the exact car I was looking for unloaded one off the truck that was available. He explained in detail all the saftey features that I was most concen and interested in, since I was T bone in my previous car accident that had no side airbags. He also explain the positive perts about purchasing a Honda Accord verses a Toyota Camry. He did a follow-up courtesy call to make sure everything was alright and he is there for me if any additional questions or service is needed. My overall experience with Harold is A-plus and I'm loving my Honda Accord! More

I just visited the Honda dealer to make my dad happy. I was thinking and telling him I can't afford a Honda and am going to get another Sonata. We met Melissa shortly after we started looking around. This I liked immediately, meaning she didn't rush right out there right away nor was a "pushy sells women" I told her why I was there and how surprised I was in prices, the room of the civic and how Nice the Accord was. She had me test drive both and explained both of the cars to me, especially what they already came with, with no extra packages. Again she was not pushy; said she could get me in one to night but did take no for an answer. However, by the time I got home she had sent a pleasant email telling me to call her with any questions. I had already done major research on the Sonata so that night I did the same about the Accord. All in all research wise both were neck in neck. However, the space and comfort won hands down when I visited Melissa the next day with my mom and step-dad. Yes, all parents agreed the Accord wins hands down. Melissa answered all questions, explained the benefits of buying from Priority, and made my family as comfortable as she did me. When she was able to get the price I was willing to pay (which I have to admit surprised me that she was able to do that) with not a lot of haggle, knowing one of my best friends is on her second Accord and third or forth Honda product, and the reputation of Honda in itself, I never even called the other dealer back to see if he could beat it. Then came Levi Whitehead, the Finance Manager, who Melissa introduced us too, I give him high marks too! When I got confused on some of the numbers, he stayed calm and very friendly. Listening to my concerns, then re-explaining it and doing all he could to make me smile again and enjoy this experience. In the end I understood I had calculated something wrong and everything was as they told and promised me it would be the day before. Knowing he was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy again, when he was right all along, says a lot of his customer service and wanting my first experience with Honda to be the best. You can not teach employees that, it comes from his heart of loving his job and respect for the company he works for. I would recommend Melissa and Levi to anyone. I never thought I could own a Honda but the both of them made me realize I could. Oh, I forgot, Melissa had to find the color I wanted, which she did about 50 miles away, and had it for me the next morning. The Accord is beautiful and the price was great!!! More
I was not planning on getting a vehicle at this time because I just took in my older Acura for service. Unfortunately, according to the service department the Acura needed a new radiator, new hoses and because I just took in my older Acura for service. Unfortunately, according to the service department the Acura needed a new radiator, new hoses and a part for the transmission. After talking to the service tech he told me it needed these parts to get pressure buildup for the engine and this "might" not fix the problem. Well, $1600 later I was told it had a blown head gasket and it was my bad guess on paying for the work to be done. I had to talk to the service manager who told me personally he would not have taken the chance so I talked to Matt Davis who said he could make me a deal on a new car. I was ready to talk before Christmas, but no one called me back to offer help or advice. We got back from our Florida trip 12-31-13 and went to Priority Honda to see what was going on. I was told they just forgot about me, but could still help me now. The help only amounted to $600 for my overpriced service job for the Acura and to get that much I had to trade in also my Silverado truck. I wound up getting a used Fit and a used Ridgeline. I feel my salesman Tim Godette did a great job in helping me through the 7 hour ordeal on 1-1-14 to get this straight. My wife and I wanted more for the Acura since we spent $1600 to get it repaired for not being able to drive it. Overall, the people were very friendly and helpful, but I wanted more of a deal than what we got. I already own a Honda Odyssey so I am a repeat customer and got nothing for being loyal. More

The reason, I am giving this rating, is to let you aware, of this valuable, EMPLOYEE. Mr. E. Williams, not only did he look, very, professional, neat and clean dressed. But, he had a charming attitude, polite and very approachable, he made me feel right at home, I felt very comfortable, and he made my day, and although, I wasn't dressed to nicely, that day, he treated me like, I was somebody, as if I was part, of the family. I really, appreciated, him going that, extra mile for me, it was my first time and because, he did go that extra mile, walking, me to that key counter and introducing me, to the man that would be helping, I am going to go the extra mile and let the Honda/Hampton family,know that they have someone on there team, that is Hard working, and LOYAL and I pray, you keep, him as long as he desires, to stay. If you want my, opinion, perhaps, he needs a customer service, position if he wants, he deserves, now let us RECOGNIZE, him for his efforts, and know he is well, appreciated, by Honoring, him, with an, certificate of Appreciation/Employee of the Year!!!!!!!!!!!!, yes, thats right, if noone else, comes in to appreciate the service and recognize them, WHO WILL, I will be the first, he needs a new bonus/raise, if I should say, myself. We like the Priority for Life deal with the free oil/filter changes and state inspections for life and have been happy with our previous service visits at this dealership. We even bypassed a closer Honda dealership in favor of this one due to our experiences with their service department and larger selection of vehicles. I will ding them a little in that the sale took 3 hours after we said we wanted to buy, even though it was a cash deal and there was nothing that should have held it up for that length. Also, when negotiating the price, the dealership's initial ask was around $2000 higher than the price listed on their website. If I had not done my homework, I probably would have paid a lot more than I did. More
