I had an appointment at 12:45 pm for and oil and filter change and tire rotation which tool almost 2 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I went out to service desk to check on my vehicle and was told they were waitin change and tire rotation which tool almost 2 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I went out to service desk to check on my vehicle and was told they were waiting to hear back from the technician. I went back to waiting room and waited another 15 minutes and went back out and they said it was just brought out. I asked what took so long when it was only supposed to take 1 1/2 hours and one of other Service Writers said they were short-staffed and I said that was the first I had heard about it. I told them they shouldn't be scheduling so many appointments if they don't have staff to do the work. Then he printed my bill and charged me for my oil change and tire rotation. I was only charged for tire rotation which I felt I shouldn't have been charged for as long as I waited. No Customer Service or consideration whatsoever. More

My first experience with this dealer and it was fantastic. Everything was explained to me. The car was ready early and the repair cost was lower than the estimate. We were extremely disappointed in the time it took to complete the transaction, which drug on for 4.5 hours. Management was totally unprofessional from start to finish. Salesman was told at least 24 hour complete the transaction, which drug on for 4.5 hours. Management was totally unprofessional from start to finish. Salesman was told at least 24 hours ahead that this would be done under a business name and yet management was totally unprepared and seemed at a loss. In my view a good amount of the paper work could have been emailed to my office for us to complete ahead of time. I don’t feel we were kept informed of what the delays were as the afternoon unfolded. Other than the salesman and financial person it was an extremely disappointing experience. More
