I brought my honda element in the Honda dealership to get an oil change. My wheels all had lug nuts. My passenger side was missing a lug. The wheel had the tech finger prints all over the wheel. I spoke to the manager & he refused to replace my lug. They wanted to sell me one for 25.00. I'm very disappointed with the service I had. I still want my wheel lug replaced. More
This service center needs to follow directions left by customers better. Left instructions to leave keys locked in vehicle that it would be picked up on a holiday and knew they would not be open.
