Best car buying experience I have ever had!. Tim Zay was great! He had the car ready for me to test drive when I got there and was attentive, answered all of my questions and very knowledgeable about the Le great! I wanted to see if there were a way that we could get out of our Honda lease and back into a Lexus. We had dealt with Patrick Antar at Charles Barker previously with a prior Lexus. This time, Patrick was abl of our Honda lease and back into a Lexus. We had dealt with Patrick Antar at Charles Barker previously with a prior Lexus. This time, Patrick was able to arrange things so we drove in with the Honda and out with our new Lexus NX! It is beautiful and we will never have any other car but Lexus. We learned our lesson.
