Sonny could learn a thing or two about sales strategy and customer service. It’s pretty foolish to tell a customer they are wrong when you knowingly know NOTHING about it. Sometimes it’s best to read up on things before you try to make yourself out to be an expert and refusing to listen to your customers. As of Jan. 1st, used EV incentives are to be included at the time of purchase and are done while at the dealership. This $4,000 can be used as a down payment, and is not the same as the old tax credit. I tried countless times to get Sonny to listen to me, and even sent links to the IRS instructions for dealerships to enroll, and he refused to help! He said I needed to go to talk to my CPA and informed me that his dealership (Puente Hills Hyundai) would not be assisting with any tax incentives. What a fool. Don’t waste your time with this place. Their sales manager clearly needs to stop being so arrogant and learn a thing or two about customer service. More
