I made a service appointment for a Recall. When I went there, waited for the service advisor for 15 minutes while other service advisors were not doing much in my eyes. When the service advisor came, he wasn't that interested in helping me. He wasn't that apologetic either. He sked why I was there, so I told him that it was for a Recall. He then asked an advisor next to him and was told that he needs to order parts. He then proceeded to tell me that he needs to order parts. I asked why they would let me schedule an appointment when they didn't even have the parts. He had no answer. Not a real apology. It would've taken God know how long for them to get my car out. Thankfully, the check in service man was helpful in asking me what was going on when I came out to wait for my car, so he backed out other car to get my car out. He was actually more helpful than any advisors inside. After I left about 10 minutes, the advisor called and said that they are ordering the parts and will call me back when they have the part. He also asked if I was still at the dealer. This means he had no part in trying to get my car out, and now asking if I was still there. I would not come back here except I have to because they will be getting the part. That would be the last time. Very unpleasant! I don't know how I kept my cool there. More

Had regular maintenance scheduled the next day, which was fantastic. Service rep. did an outstanding job explaining what the car maintenance needed to be done. Seems that even though I purchased extended gold maintenance coverage at the time of purchase. I still had to pay out of Pocket. It was brought to attention that there is a recall on my car and I was willing to wait to take care the recall that same day. Unfortunately the dealership doesn't have any of the parts for recall. All of which means I have to schedule another appointment,but before I do that I have to wait for the recall parts to come in, which presents another problem of not knowing when approximately parts arrival. I was happy that the maintenance repairs didn't take that long to do. More
