He made us feel like he was listening to what we needed and willing to help us find a car that was right for us. He was very honest, and helped us learn a lot about each car. It felt like we were working with an old friend rather than a car salesman. While deciding which car I wanted to buy, I was really worried about not being able to afford the car of my dreams, Armand told us simply "I'll work with you." That made me feel like it would be possible to drive off in a car that I loved rather than just settling for another. Overall an amazing experience because we were lucky enough to find a great car salesman and I will definitely be returning to him for future business. Went back to PHT&S for the 3rd time on 10/18 & as always I was greatly helped by Nick. To be honest I was about to walk away with no new car until Danny made me a great offer, so I ended up leasing a always I was greatly helped by Nick. Then went back for car #4 from PHT&S for my husband on 10/20 again Nick & Danny did a great job they met all our needs. Nick was very patient showing us several cars and really explaining the details. We love our brand new cars.
