We were very happy about our visiting in Puente Hillss Toyota. The salesman Mr. Sean Sahrai we met there, is very a very nice and patient person. We were interested in the Prius, but honestly we know nothing about the hybrid technique (except the great fuel economy part). At first we just want to test drive the Prius, but eventually we ended up drive it home. We got a great car at great price. Before we bought this Prius, based on my previous experience, I personally don't have any good impression of the Toyota dealership, AT ALL! This is not the first time I walked into the Toyota dealer. Last April when I was in Texas, I tried to buy a used Rav4 from Texas Toyota of Grapevine. If the rating is based on 5 star, I wish I could give them half star!!!! The salesman I met was very nice,but the sales manager was very RUDE. I can't remember his name(he was a guy who has tattoo all over his arms).He has no patience, after 2 minutes talking to me, he actually left the table while I was still sitting there. I was so pissed. He should have realized that he was not the only dealership in DFW area, as long as the Honda dealership is just 2 miles away,I bought a Honda Accord EXL. More

Mr. Sim Luu was extremely helpful while helping me find a new car. He made sure I knew of all deals and made me feel like I was his most important customer of the day. The dealership itself was very clean and other salesmen were very friendly, greeting with smiles and opening doors. The finance person that I dealt with was named Kenny. Kenny was also extremely friendly and very personable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. They also send multiple follow-ups and hold a new owner's event to make you feel like part of the Toyota family. I recommend speaking to Sim Luu, if he's not already busy. More

I will definatley recommend Tony, if your looking for great sales guy who knows what he's talking about. My overall experience with Puente Hills Toyota was a great one! I was very satisfied with all the employees who helped me with the purchase of my new 2011 Camry. He took the time to set up and explain how to use my hands free calling system in the car and made sure I felt comfortable with it before I left. Signing all the financial documents didn't take very long and Kenny Chan and Ricardo Reyes were very professional. I didn't feel pressured at all, which is nice because I have purchased cars elsewhere and have left feeling like I had been pressured by the finance department. The dealership is very nice, and has a lot of extras, including a movie theater and Subway restaurant.
