Problem is there but you can't solve!! My purpose of this service was to correct the problem of the engine hesitation on acceleration. Tom Anderson told me after a road test that the proble My purpose of this service was to correct the problem of the engine hesitation on acceleration. Tom Anderson told me after a road test that the problem was found but didn't know the causes. Although the service order he cut authorized multiple points tests, the final report (Invoice) I got did not indicate anything at all about the result of the "multiple points" tests. They did drive my car for 34 miles to make a road test but came up with a conclusion "Could not duplicate customer concern for hesitation cause", despite the fact that Tom did say the problem was found. Did you make a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) test and lean fuel condition test? These are a minimum requirement of test to find the causes of the engine hesitation, even a car layman like me knows. If they did, I want to have the report sent to me. Furthermore, the report attributes the problem to the fuel in the tank. If that is the problem, it should show in a test of the fuel transmission system but there was no indication at all, either, any test was done on that system. What should I do? Problem is there and you can't correct it? and this is only a year old car Toyota! More
