I have bought many cars in the recent years, and this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Alex Lim greeted us right away and helped us get checked in. After a minute, he came back and helped us with the whole process. He was very kind and helpful. Not pushy and sleezy like most salesmen are. While we waited for finance, he gave us a voucher for four combo meals from their built in Subway restaurant. Even the finance guy was great (I think his name was Jose), and I have dealt with some real jerks. Finance is where most dealers push all the extras. Our guy was not pushy at all. We ended up getting the extended warranty and not because he talked us into it. I highly recommend this dealership. More

He was courteous, not pushy, direct and honest. I love the fact that he provided all our buying options and as well as all potential money saving options. Overall he made it easy to work with him. I am normally not a fan of Car Dealers but this time my wife and I were really happy with our experience with Rudy and Jose Diaz. If the dealership owner is reading this , I really want to give you kudos for have such a great staff. I wished that all dealership were like Puente Hills Toyota. More
