great deal with coupon! I recieved a dealer specific coupon for oil change and tire rotation. My truck runs full synthetic so i was very happy about this. Fast and Courteous service My service rep, Raymond, was very helpful and informative. I recently brought it in for oil change, but needed brake jobs done. Raymondinformed th My service rep, Raymond, was very helpful and informative. I recently brought it in for oil change, but needed brake jobs done. Raymondinformed that there was a rebate going on, and also that my shocks needed to be replaced. Raymond did the paperwork, and found that I have warranty on my car, and took care of everything. (I knew I had warranty, but was wondering if he would check on that before quoting me a price!) Car service was completed on time as promised... existing issues were addressed. 1 star docked because of the shuttle provided. Shuttle did not priority routing when there were multiple passengers in the car. I took a 60min van ride home, when I only lived less then 5 miles away. More

Think twice before you get service here I've been a good customer at the Puente Hills Toyota dealer and know that I will likely be overcharged for work at a dealer but I never expected to le I've been a good customer at the Puente Hills Toyota dealer and know that I will likely be overcharged for work at a dealer but I never expected to leave with damage to my car. I am very disappointed that damage was done and the service department tried to cover it up and make it appear that it was my fault. The rear hatch inside plastic covering that needed to be removed to replace my licence plate light bulbs looks like someone punched a hole in it or stepped on it. When the service coordinator Jimmy let me know the work had been completed he said there was a little crack and asked if I had noticed this before. I said no, I had no knowledge of any crack. He said they put some glue on it. I thought he was talking about a minor small little crack. I was anxious to go home as I had already been at the dealer a couple of hours so did not look at the "crack" until I got home. I was shocked to see the damage was not minor and this part cannot be fixed with glue. The service department needs to own up to their mistake and replace this part as I did not cause this damage. More
