Excellent Experience As Always My Prius Plugin was due for a smog test so I decided to take it in to Puente Hills Toyota instead of a local smog shop because of the trust I have est My Prius Plugin was due for a smog test so I decided to take it in to Puente Hills Toyota instead of a local smog shop because of the trust I have established with Tom Andersen and his service department. Unprofessional I followed the schedule for next service in accordance with that stated in the invoice, but in fact my free sevice is past, I end up having to pay it. I followed the schedule for next service in accordance with that stated in the invoice, but in fact my free sevice is past, I end up having to pay it. A week later all of a sudden my tire pressure light is on and I have to go back again to the workshop. Estimated check he said an hour, but in fact two hours more. After a check, it turned out that all tires not properly set. Why the technician did not follow the existing guidelines? More
