Since I've heard good things about Puente Hills I decided to check with them. I wasn't even there to buy I just wanted information. Robert Sanchez greeted us and made us feel welcomed btw he's so handsome. He took the time to show us the different models and he was very informative. I didn't want to drive it since we weren't ready but Robert insisted on me driving it since that will help me decide. I'm so glad he did. As soon as we drove off the lot I feel in love and needed to have it. To be honest I had a lower price at Longo but I LOVED the VIP treatment and service Robert gave us I decided to buy a little bit more and buy from Robert.. I love my new VAN. More

When a friend asked me to help her get a car I turned to the internet with her likes and dislikes and budget and we settled on a car. Once I started looking for that specific car all roads led to my dealer. When I told her all that I had found it only became a matter of the right price and the right color. If your buying a new car the color is a big thing because your going to be looking at it for a while. Once settling on a budget and securing financing through Puente Hills Toyota it became a hunt for the right color. It didn't take long for the car to be on the lot and then in her possession. She thought i was a hero for all my help but Derrick was the hero, setting up everything so the transaction went smooth, from appraising the trade in to financing to showing her how the features work on the new car. I think he's Dr. Derrick because he delivers the new ones!!! More
