Complain against Kin Hoo Kwan I have never had anyone talk to me this rudely when getting servicing done. I went once and he assured me there wasn't anything wrong with my car. Took my car home, but kept hearing a noise that I couldn't describe so took it back to Toyota and Kin was extremely rude to my dad and I. He was speaking in a very disrespectful manner and expected us to describe in detail what the noise sounded like. I mean whose job is it to fix the car and see what's wrong with it? My dad and I are not the mechanics here. Why else would we pay him? By far the worst person in Toyota puente hills. Do not go to Kin unless you want to be disrespected and want your day ruined! More
