Bad customer service, never buying from this dealership! I recently visited this dealership last weekend, interested in buying a new vehicle. Although I didn't have a particular car in mind, I wanted to see I recently visited this dealership last weekend, interested in buying a new vehicle. Although I didn't have a particular car in mind, I wanted to see in person the different models present. I was greeted at the door. I was introduced to another salesman shortly after, who was from mainland China. I forgot the name of this salesman, but he followed me around and introduced cars to me as expected. I asked questions regarding the prius, and camry. Afterwards I asked if I can take a look at the Rav4 since my previous car was a Civic, I wanted a bigger vehicle. I wanted to see if it was worth buying. After arriving at the area of the rav4, I asked if i could take a look at the interior. The sales made a comment at this time, "so you don't know what car you want yet?". After going inside to get the keys, he came back out saying he was busy and had another customer here to see him on appointment. At this point, this sounded reasonable, so I asked if anyone else was available to help me out. He responded that since it's a weekend, everyone is busy. I took his word for it and said I will come back some other time. As I was walking out, I passed two other Hispanic salesman. I asked if they were working in sales, and if they were free to show me around. I mentioned the situation I had with the previous salesman who dumped me. They just said that the sales rotate around to serve customers. They did not make themselves available to help me, instead just stood around to chat. I don't know if this is common with car dealerships, but this is unacceptable behavior for any sales in any other industry. I would never shop here again at this dealership. More

The entire experience was very pleasant from the test drive to the negotiations to signing the paperwork. The only downside was the amount of time I had to wait because they had other customers. That time allowed me to do some quick comparison shopping online and reach out to a few other dealers and their offers were all a little higher than Puente Hills. One dealer offered to beat Puente Hills by $100 but that wasn't enough to get me to change dealerships. More
