By far the worst service experience. I arrived at 1pm because I was told my car would be done when I called at 9am. Which it wasn't until 4pm and I understand busy days occur. Then I received my car with glass as if it wasn't vacuumed. I asked for it to please be vacuum again I had my grandchildren with me. That's not all my passenger seat belt is not working now. I don't understand why this vehicle is breaking down if it's a brand new 2016 Tacoma truck.
