Sim is GREAT! My wife and I bought a used Honda Accord Sport from Puente Hills Toyota. We didn't even know we were going to eventually do business with Sim, however My wife and I bought a used Honda Accord Sport from Puente Hills Toyota. As the deal was final, we headed to finance and Sim worked with us. He's one of those guys who talks about his own experiences and can explain stuff very well. The Dealership was exceptional in every aspect!! I must say that the dealerships entire staff was excellent in every aspect. He and the sales manger, Scott Petersen, were very patient and accommodating in working on a price that would fit our budget. Finally, Sim Luau went the extra milke in financing the entire deal. he was through in explaining the entire deal, and helped get the payment with added maintenace contract, down to a monthly cost we can live with. All the people were very professional, personable and truly took an interest in making sure we were all happy and taken care of. I must say, I know where my next car is coming from! More
