The Dealership That Knows Customer Service After being rudely ignored by the Honda dealership up the street...my partner and I were warmly greeted and welcomed by Oscar here at Toyota...he was After being rudely ignored by the Honda dealership up the street...my partner and I were warmly greeted and welcomed by Oscar here at Toyota...he was genuine and even after the sale is still being very nice and helpful...I'm disabled and after the sale, I needed to transfer my things, which included an installed amplifier from my car...with a great smile, he not only helped me move my stuff but he also uninstalled my amp... going above and beyond...that's "how positive word of mouth" begins...In the finance department, Sim Luu was very helpful, patient and informative...great customer service skills and a great dog owner (he sure loves his 4 legged grandchild)...lol...overall, I was very satisfied with the staff here...so glad I was welcomed right after driving into the lot...just because a customer doesn't make a six figure salary, that doesn't mean they deserve to be ignored... btw, my girlfriend and I are sending customers your way... Happy Toyota Customer Last night 12/30/15, I became an official owner of a 2016 Toyota Camry. After driving a BMW for the last 8 years and spending so much money on fuel, a Last night 12/30/15, I became an official owner of a 2016 Toyota Camry. After driving a BMW for the last 8 years and spending so much money on fuel, a good friend referred me to Mike Luna at Puente Hills Toyota. Mike listened to all my concerns and assured me that he would find the vehicle that best met my needs. He quickly had Richard Morris assist me. I test drove the Prius and Camry. Richard provided me information an details on both vehicles and answered all my questions. Richard was very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles and extremely helpful in my decision making. After deciding that the Camry was best suited for my commuter needs and lifestyle I met with the Finance Manager Sim Luu. Mr. Luu explained everything in detail and made the financing process easy and less painful from what I had dealt with in the past. He demostrated to care and provided me with all the options that would benefit me in the long run. I really appreciated the way I was treated as buying a new car can be quite intimidating and stressful. I want to thank the Toyota Team: Mike Luna, Richard Morris, and Sim Luu for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
