Customer service was lacking. It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. It wasn’t really that busy I felt like I was jumping through hoops to get someone’s attent It doesn’t take much to do your job as a service center. Someone came out right away and got my info and got me started when it was daily busy. People working these jobs need to know that the customer isn’t inconveniencing them just because they have to do something. Maybe they need to have their job responsibilities repeated to them so they know what they need to do. It’s not that hard to provide a service that they are paid to do. More
