I was charged 300 for c8 oil change. Last time I paid about $225 in Carlsbad. Current price on carlsbad is $250. Thought eggs and chevys were cheaper in the country they also quoted $100 Last time I paid about $225 in Carlsbad. Current price on carlsbad is $250. Thought eggs and chevys were cheaper in the country they also quoted $1000 over Carlsbad for trans service. It’s a Chevy ! Price transparency. Guess I’m going to Carlsbad from now on. Dealers should be ashamed of their service margins. More

Personable service personnel and service managers. Way too long a period of time for a small item...basically 48 hours for a TCM software update. Not sure they listened well to concern. I had to call to get info no update was given until I did. When a brand new vehicle is brought in for service a higher level of concern needs to be shown and a rental/loaner or something needs to be proffered. More
