If I could give no stars I would. . I bought my car in the middle of March after having it delayed to arrive for over a week. with a broken FOB remote for the alarm, the alarm goes of . I bought my car in the middle of March after having it delayed to arrive for over a week. with a broken FOB remote for the alarm, the alarm goes off EVERYTIME I open my door and won’t turn off before it blares for over 45 seconds. I have called to speak to someone over 5 times, all they do is transfer me back and forth never accomplishing anything 2 months later.. the only helpful person was a guy in service who told me they hadn’t even ordered the remote yet despite my calls and being told they would take care of it multiple times! This sales team leaves something to be desired to put it nicely.. I love my car but I was sold it prematurely without everything it should come with as a new car was fixed and it’s a hassle. Buy your car somewhere else less headache More
