It is difficult for me to believe your recent reply "we strive to uphold our commitments and ensure a positive experience for all our customers. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention". On March 25, 2025, I wrote a letter to Quebedeaux, General Manager, Cisco Gonzalez expressing my concerns regarding promises made by your dealership. As of today, I have not yet heard from Mr. Gonzalez or a representative from your dealership thus validating your dealerships lack of "Service after the Sale" treatment.
