After signing all the finance papers, I was told to wait in the waiting room my new car was being gassed up by the sales rep. I waited 30 minutes and another finance person called the sales rep and it sound in the waiting room my new car was being gassed up by the sales rep. I waited 30 minutes and another finance person called the sales rep and it sounded like he had no idea I was finished. He finally came over and said the car was being detailed. I also called 2 days later with an issue and was told d to make an appointment with the service center. The man who answered the phone would not make an appointment he just said bring it in and leave it for a day or two. This car is my only means of transportation I cannot leave for a day or two. One issue I figured out on my own. So much for customer service. I was told if I had any problems within the first 5 days or 500 miles to bring it in for free service. That's nice if you can leave it for two days. So that service doesn't seem to apply to me. Also, the price of the vehicle I saw online suddenly changed when I decided to buy it. It went up $3000.00 and I was told I must not have seen it on your website. However, that is where I saw it and the sales person did something on the computer and the price suddenly changed. Although I felt it seemed sketchy, I have bought two other cars at your facility, and decided to trust you again. More
