They lie about pricing by telling one price online and then jack the price up at the dealership. They say it’s because you aren’t trading in a car or financing through them, but we wanted to pay cash. We then jack the price up at the dealership. They say it’s because you aren’t trading in a car or financing through them, but we wanted to pay cash. We bought the 2018 Kia Forte car “as is” but it supposedly had a safety inspection. After we got home, let the car sit for a week during spring break. Our daughter went to drive the car and heard a funny noise. WELL, the plastic bumper guard literally fell off the car. In my opinion that is a SAFETY issue as it was rubbing against the wheel. We also had an issue getting the tags and license as they use a “3rd party” service. It wasn’t until I called them that we finally got everything sent to the city of Tucson and a month after buying the car finally got the title, tags, and license plate. Btw, we had bought another car from a different Tucson dealership and got title, tags, and license not even a week after buying the car. Quebedeaux is dishonest and treats women buying a car like a “dummy.” We will never buy another car from them!!!! I suggest nobody else gives them their business either!! More

I came in with a tough situation—upside down $15,000 on my previous vehicle—and they went out of their way to make the numbers work for me. Unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with, where it felt like they were pushing me toward a specific car, Quebedeaux made it clear their goal was to match me with what I wanted. That level of care and attention made all the difference. After bringing the truck home, I noticed a few features I’d expected weren’t included. I reached out to Ash, and he went above and beyond to make it right—not only ensuring those items were added but also throwing in some extras to make me feel completely satisfied. Thanks to his efforts, I have zero buyer’s remorse. This truck is everything I hoped for, and the entire experience deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars.
