Typical car dealership experience. had to fight to get what I thought my trade was worth. They had $2400 in the price for dealer's cost to ready the car for sale. I was told they would show me the breakdown but I never saw it. Got most of that charge taken off the cost. They never detailed the car. It was pretty clean but dealers I've been to always make sure the car is spotless after you make the deal. The windshield washer fluid tank wasn't even filled. Then when I was finished with finance and ready to leave nobody could find my sales person (who had the second key to the car. I stood around for 35min. until he finally showed up with the key. No one previewed the car with me to show me where everything is etc. More

Didn't like the fact I was misinformed about the Total Financed Aftermarket. Even though I asked about ut. Felt scammed.
