During my first experience with them, I was assisted by Tim and bought a 2013 hyundai accent. As the other comments have highlighted, Tim was upfront about the details of the car, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My favorite part was to see how excited Tim and the staff were knowing a customer had a great experience and was leaving very satisfied with their car purchase. Unfortunately, after three weeks and an unpredictable snowstorm, I had car accident and my car ended up being totaled. I went back to RAVmotors to test drive a car I was interested in and was so happy that I did! Mike was incredibly approachable, kind, friendly, and accommodating. From the moment I walked in the door, he strove to ensure I had the best car buying experience possible! I am now delighted to have a 2013 kia rio.
