RBM of Alpharetta was perfect for our purchase. We chose them based on the availability of the vehicle we wanted, so didn’t read any reviews before going. Bill Favini immediately came up to us wi We chose them based on the availability of the vehicle we wanted, so didn’t read any reviews before going. Bill Favini immediately came up to us with a very friendly demeanour. He was truly interested in our needs and listened attentively. We were unfortunately forced to wait for a few weeks, due to my being a recent immigrant, but Bill kept us fully informed throughout this delay. The dealership was wonderful when we finally came to buy, the financial manager worked very hard to get us the best deal and advise us of all our options for maintenance and other protections. Finally, the chap who gave us our delivery handover took all the time we needed to instruct us in our new car, answering all our questions with a friendly and knowledgeable outlook. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, even though I have other MB dealers closer to me. More
