Just moved into the area and had a bad tire that needed to be replaced. Steve Byrd checked me in, got the tire replaced and I also got a quick emission test. Very pleased with the service, especially as he did not insist I get a matching tire for my run flat replacement. Another MB dealer in another state basically forced me to get 2 new tires because of a tiny nail hole. ( Warranty compliance) I was angry then and was ready to be angry again.
