Make sure you deny services you don’t need I have a leased Mercedes. Only owned for 6 months and ended up paying $2500 for a service. I had to get new tires and Igor forced me to get Blake flus I have a leased Mercedes. Only owned for 6 months and ended up paying $2500 for a service. I had to get new tires and Igor forced me to get Blake flush and Wheel Alignment even though I didn’t really need them. I asked for the wheel alignment results and the before and after we’re exactly the same. Never going to RBM Alpharetta anytime. Also he did not accept competitors coupons. More

Great and professional sales associate We were looking at a 2019 S560 in Asheville. Looked on line and found a car at RMB of Alpharetta that we liked. It was a 2018 S560 with AMG package w We were looking at a 2019 S560 in Asheville. Looked on line and found a car at RMB of Alpharetta that we liked. It was a 2018 S560 with AMG package with 13,000 miles. Sent for info and immediately got an email back from Ramona Razavi asking if she could assist us with any information on the car. We made the deal in 2 days without seeing the car based on Ramona’s info and picked up car last weekend. The salesman in Asheville with the MB dealer that services our GLE 350 never returned my call. Ramona is #1. More
