I was able to find the exact model that interested me on RBM of Alpharetta had by far the best selection of vehicles of any other dealer in the area. I was able to find the exact model that interested me on the website and post an inquiry. Within about 5 minutes I had a response from Michael Pietrzak inviting me in for a test drive. He walked me through the details and answered all my questions in a quick an courteous manner. We were even able to agree on a fair and reasonable price before coming in to see it in person. I absolutely hate haggling and Michael made the process easy. After a solo test drive without any unnecessary drama we were able to push through the necessary paperwork in a fairly painless manner. By far this has been the best experience in a car purchase and I recommend them highly. More
