By far, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I've been buying cars for 40 years. It all began when I just dropped in one Saturday afternoon in October and met Ramona Razavi. I wanted information on the 2018 E Class Convertible. The car was not yet available but as promised, Ramona kept in touch to let me know when they would be available. I test drove one in November and ordered exactly what I wanted. I would not have been able to build the car had it not been for Ramona's experience and patience as I asked a lot of questions. I picked up my new car on January 13th. It's exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased. Everyone was wonderful. Of course Ramona, Tom in finance, Diane Evans in explaining the car's features to me and Donnie, Ramona's manager who took time to visit with me. Wonderful experience! More
