I actually found the car of my dreams, a Designo Diamond White 2016 CLS400, in t I had such a wonderful car buying experience with RBM of Alpharetta! I actually found the car of my dreams, a Designo Diamond White 2016 CLS400, in the Certified Pre-Owned section of the Mercedes-Benz website. The car was at RBM of Alpharetta, in Alpharetta, GA and I was in Nashville, TN, but I knew this car had everything I was looking for and I just couldn't let it get away! Luckily, when we called to check on the status of the CLS400, we were connected with the fabulous Fabian Tafur!! Fabian said the car was still available, and provided me with all of the pertinent information to aid in my car buying decision. Needless to say, I said yes to the car! I flew down to Atlanta where Eric, another awesome RBM employee, picked me up and drove me out to Alpharetta to get my new car! When we arrived my car was sitting on the red carpet on the showroom floor and Fabian was right there to greet me with a big friendly smile! Sharon in the finance department, was helpful and friendly as well, and CJ, the concierge was very helpful in showing me all of the wonderful features on the car. And since I came to pick up the car by myself, Fabian was kind enough to take some pictures of me with my beautiful new car!! So nice!! She answered all of our questions, was patient, and did everything to make my dream of taking this car home!. This is the first time I didn't feel pushed when buying a car. The atmosphere of the dealership was comfortable and everyone greeted us like we were so welcome. I was impressed not only with Pam and how spotless everything was but the little things like the coffee, drinks and snacks. Driving my new car out on the red carpet just tickled me to no end. My husband was impressed with the price, warranty etc. I live closer to another Mercedes dealer, however, I will drive to this one every time because of the care we received.
