When I requested that the wheels on the vehicle I selected be changed, he worked with the service department to ensure that the wheels would be changed before I arrived since I was traveling from Northeast TN. Additionally, the day arrived I received prompt service. I was in and out within an hour and half. All my paperwork had been previously completed by Mrs. Thompson. I had do was sign.
