On our first to visit RBM Alpharetta we met Michael Pietrzak and he showed us a few Mercedes G Wagons & GL's. After the education and test drive I asked Mike to contact me it he took something in on trade that met our criteria. Within 10 days he located the perfect car; 2014 GL550 Designo. Negotiations went smoothy meeting with one of RBM's Managers (Neil Turry). The transaction was handled professionally and knowledgably and my time at the dealership was valued. Lisa Brennan quickly got me through financing and we have been very satisfied. We had to take the GL back for a few minor adjustments after the sale and to learn the Command System and the service after the sale has been exemplary. More

A little snooty and less helpful I came in to test derive a new GLE450 and consider trading in my SL550 roadster. The floor salesperson said they did not have one in inventory. Two days later I brought my car in for service and noticed a new GLE450 being test driven. When I asked about it, the service Tech said "we got that in yesterday." So, my experience is that they do not want the hassle of making the extra effort to let me know they have a car to drive. I am not a fan of this dealership. ---- Since posting this review, The GM has replied and invited me back for another try. I want to be fair and with all the positive reviews. I'll stop back in and try them again. I also visited for warranty service on my 550 and the responsiveness and loaner experience were good. More
