Great service, knowledgeable service advisors & salespeople My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our service advisor was Dan Berry. When RBM opened a new store in Alpharetta, they moved Dan to that location which was actually more convenient to my home, so we continued having Dan take care of our service needs. Dan was always very courteous and impressively knowledgeable about which services were coming up, so we always felt that he was looking out for our financial interests as well as for the reliability of our cars. Dan has since moved into the sales department, so other RBM service advisors (Carl Denton and Don Retajski) are helping us maintain our vehicles now. The entire RBM staff is courteous and helpful, and they are true professionals. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else for service, because we trust RBM to provide us the best possible factory-trained support. When the time comes for us to buy new Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we will confidently rely on Dan Berry to provide the same level of professional attention to us as he did when he was our service advisor for so many years. As well as Dan knows the cars, I can't imagine buying a Mercedes-Benz from anyone else. More
