She was understanding, helpful and very responsive - all via emails and phone, having never met face to face until we visited the dealership for test drive and eventual purchase. Carol and the entire RBM North team were very professional, welcomed us warmly and genuinely cared about our business. Despite the fact we purchased our vehicle on what appeared to be a very busy day in the showroom - we were treated as if we were the only customers there. We knew the many steps to finalize purchase but Carol guided us through with specific time estimates so we knew what to expect and how long it would take - without a misstep. This was helpful to a busy family "on the go". Based on our prior research and experiences in our search, we also felt that the overall value received and the final price of the vehicle at RBM North was worth far more than the extra drive time north of our home closer to the metro Atlanta area. Never did I imagine, that I would like a car salesman until I met David Wang. He is very personable, polite, and most important of all extremely knowledgeable about cars in general. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the dealer ship (we made a prior appointment and recommend everyone do so, this dealership is amazingly busy and I now see why). Prior to this experience, I had only heard of people going back to the same dealer again and again for their car needs and now I am one of those. I am going no where but to David from this point on for my car buying needs in the future. The entire process was very smooth and totally painless. Every thing that David promised he delivered on including ensuring that our car is ready by the time we finished our paperwork. I understand this has also to do a lot wit the entire team at RBM North and not just David but never ever in my past experience have I seen a team that backs their Sales team so much (and I am speaking from experience of buying 3 cars for myself and over 6 cars for family and friends). The Finance Manager was also surprisingly pleasant. We were in and out of there like no body's business unlike in the past where it was a long drawn process of selling addons. Lisa Brennan was the best Finance manager and her experience shows in the way she speaks. No addons were sold except ones we asked for. She even formed a customized package for us of the addons we wanted since they were not packaged by the dealership that way. I hate to sound like a TV Commercial but if you are in the market to buy a new car, go no where else but to see David & Lisa. More
