I looked at the vehicle I wanted online, sent an email and the same day Bill Favini answered all my questions. My salesperson, (Bill Favini) was extremely professional and genuine. He went the extra mile to assure I had the exact vehicle I wanted and made my buying experience one of the bests. It was a pleasure working with him. I also recommend Lisa Brennan and Carol Duster in the Finance department, excellent ladies to work with! no pressure at any time and they were genuinely concerned about my experience and expectations!!! Simply Awesome! I live in Birmingham Alabama and saw a vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta that I was interested in online. I left a message of interest on their company website. I received a return call from Neil Turry promptly the next morning. After a little discussion and exchange of info I felt so comfortable with Neil that we agreed to a deal over the phone. Neil personally inspected the vehicle and assured me it was flawless. His attention to detail and professionalism set my mind at ease. Upon arrival at the dealership the GLK350 was just as Neil had promised and spotless. The dealership also provided a tank of gas and my first 2 services free of charge. I would recommend both Neil and RBM with my most sincere and highest recommendation. new car purchase I had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Ron contacted me regarding my internet request about an E350. We met and took it for a test drive. I had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Ron contacted me regarding my internet request about an E350. We met and took it for a test drive. I liked the car, but later decided to look at the ML. When I explained this to Ron, he did not hesitate to send me a new proposal. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, Ron did not try to hustle me or pester me all day with texts, emails, phone calls,, etc. I really appreciated this. I came back a few days later to test the car. Ron fully explained all of the features of the car to me. Again, unlike other salespeople is very knowledgeable of his product without using blatant over the top sales pitches. I felt like I was dealing with a consultant, not a salesman. Having bought many cars (I also purchase cars for my mother, father, and wife) through the years, I can truly say Ron is the best. I will do business with Ron again. Carol was also great. Fortunately for me she worked very efficiently and got me through the hard part (paying for the car) painlessly. She has a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to work with. Dianne gave me my product package and gave me a guided tour of my car. She did an excellent job explaining, in depth, all of the features of the car inside and out. Don also impressed me. When I noticed a "scrape" on the window, I showed it to Ron. After finding we could not wipe it off, he brought Don over to look at it. Without me even asking, Don told Ron that he would check to see if the damage would be covered under warranty. However, if it was not covered, he said the dealership would pay for a new window. That's impressive. Also, the service department was amazing. I have never seen anything like it. Clean! Overall, this purchase was a great experience. TC More

Terrific Experience Within the last week I bought a new car. I'm a woman of retirement age, and not that good with the new technology. Ron Delvalle was really nice and you could tell he likes his job and likes meeting people. He explained everything and we had fun going on two test drives! Everyone I met was very professional and extremely competent. I was really impressed that Ron and Diane Evans stayed after the dealership closed to teach me all about my new Car. I didn't feel rushed at all, even though, I'm sure, Ron and Diane would have liked to be on their way home to their families. If you want to buy a Mercedes, go to RBM and Ron. More

We had researched used 2014 GLK-350s beforehand so we knew already that RBM was offering the best prices in the Atlanta area. We went to a few other dealers first, just to look around, but didn't find anything we liked. When we got to RBM, we really enjoyed the low-pressure sales environment. We were allowed to browse the lot as long as we wanted without being approached, but when we were ready to talk, we asked for help and were promptly referred to Ron DelValle. He took us on a test-drive and when we found the car we wanted, he made the rest of the process a breeze. Knowing that we were getting a good price without haggling made the experience stress-free, and he also offered us a great deal on our trade-in. I also want to give a shout-out to Carol Duster in finance who helped us close the deal. We had actually come to the dealership expecting to test-drive, sleep on it, and come back later, so we hadn't brought our checkbook or the title for our trade-in. Turns out we found exactly the car we wanted, but it was already too late in the day to go home and get them. Carol made it work, though. We completed all the paperwork and she sent us home with the car under a loaner agreement, and let us come back with the check book and title on Monday. That's what I call going the extra mile! More
