I had spent the day shopping around online, and went to two dealerships not far from where I live but didn't feel very welcomed there and the salesman was not very friendly. So my last call of the day was to RBM of Alpharetta and Bill Favini picked up the phone and answered all of my questions very professionally. Bill was extremely helpful and informative all in just one phone call. By the time we had arrived to the dealership (3 days later) I already felt like I had known Bill for years. I was shopping for a pre-owned ML or E class with a list of specific features, color, miles etc. Fabian was extremely professional in his method of follow up and was excellent in his efforts to find the ideal vechilce for me. His honesty and thorough approach to my request was traits that made me feel he was looking after my best interest insteady of just trying to sell me a car. I have found many dealerships and sales people are just trying to sell you what they have in stock without listening to the customers wishes and needs. Fabian's approach to professional salemanship is why in continued to be patient with allowing him to find me the ideal car instead of finding another dealership that may already have the car that I was looking for. Joe Neeley and Teresa Cox have been extraordinary in assisting me with my service needs with their team of well trained mechanics. I have always had great confidence in all the mechanics that I have had the pleasure of interfacing with in the service center. They are highly trained to identify and repair any service needs that may arise with my vechicle. I had the pleasure of buying another MB last week from Fabian Tafur. Fabian sales approach was very professional and honest regarding the pros and cons of the different models that I was considering. His thorough, but not pushy, follow up with my search for a specific vechicle was extraordinary. He offered a very competitive price and I decided to buy the car from him among several dealers/managers that I was talking to, despite the fact that the dealership is the farthest from my house. I left with a full tank of gas that he had filled the day before my appointment. I highly recommend Ron and RBM of Alpharetta to everyone. More

After agreeing what was important to me, Ron had me drive some other models to "double-check" that the model and features I had picked was still right for me. The entire experience of Ron making certain I ended up with what I wanted rather than what was available or what the dealership wanted to sell was a true example of putting the customer first. We had to order the vehicle I selected, and when it arrived, Pam Ciccateri did a great job showing me all the features of my new car, especially all the electronic features. I'll certainly look to RBM of Alpharetta and Ron Devalle for future vehicle needs. David L. More
