Not the case at RBM North! My wife and I actually enjoyed every step. Donnie and Dan listened, were accommodating and educated us. Negotiating the price both on the purchase and the trade-in was easy, logical and painless. Orientation was relaxed, thorough and not rushed. We not only bought a great car, but we made great friends and the future service we know will be pleasurable having several years of experience with Teresa. I found my E Class coupe on their website and called the next day. I spoke with Andy Sayers. He immediately put me at ease by asking where my accent was from (we are both British!). We arranged a test drive for later that day. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately offered a drink by the lady at reception and she called Andy. Andy had another customer coming in so he explained that Ron Delvalle would take care of me. Ron is a really nice guy, no in your face pressure selling, he explained a lot about the car too as I drove it. Once we returned to the dealership he explained the whole process of buying the vehicle. When I went back the next day Ron was busy with another customer so Andy took care of me. I spent time with Lisa Brennan in Finance. She is a lovely lady and took her time to explain all the options available as well as telling me what each form I had to sign was for. I was introduced to the Service Manager and shown the workshop. I then spent a good half hour with Pam who had all the time in the world to show me the features on the car. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have nothing bad to say about the team I worked with. I was made to feel special and the whole experience was relaxed and a pleasure. I hope to have my Mercedes a long time but would not hesitate to buy from RBM again. More

He showed me each of the models on the lot and spent extra time pointing out the subtle differences in each car. I felt no pressure at any time. Once I selected a car they fixed everything I asked for and offered me an amazing price on the S550 and my trade. Didn't feel any reason to negotiate on either as they were both more than fair. More importantly, they didn't waste my time at any point in the process. Was actually a very enjoyable drama-free process. Never had an experience like this before buying a car, will always go back to RBM. More

I NEVER DREAMED OF THIS I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz before. What a mistake! I've been dreaming of the CLA for about a year now. Long story short, I ended up on-li I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz before. What a mistake! I've been dreaming of the CLA for about a year now. Long story short, I ended up on-line and narrowed my search to a NEW CLA or a pre-owned C250 @ my nearest dealership RBM of Alphretta. My real goal was to drive a Mercedes, an Audi, and a BMW. I never made it off the Mercedes lot! My salesman was FABIEN TAFUR and there was no pressure. What's funny is that he could have sold me a new CLA, but steered me into a CPO 2013 C250 that I am totally in LOVE with. I am 63 and have owned many cars, being a car nut, but have never been so fascinated with what this German made machine actually is..When we closed the deal, SHARON THOMPSON handled the financial end and was such a PLEASURE to deal with. I could not have asked for ANYTHING more pleasurable! After I purchased the car PAM, a wonderful young lady, walked me through the entire vehicle's operating systems. My next Mercedes, if I ever give this one up, will definitely come from RBM of Alpharetta. THANK YOU!! More
