Our experience in the selection and buying process was great, We worked with Ron Delvalle & Fabian Tafur from the dealership. Their customer service in the whole process was stellar. Like he was with our E350, this time as well he is very knowledgeable about Smart Cabrio. I came in knowing what I wanted, called him on my way there and by the time I was there he had the car ready for me. Took me less than an hour to get it all taken care of and drive out in my brand new Smart Cabrio. Never am I going back to anyone else to get another car. More

HOW D WIFE AND I STROLLED IN TO PICK UP OUR 2013 SL550 THAT WAS IN FOR BASIC SERVICE, WOULD YOU BELIEVE WE DROVE OUT WITH A BRAND NEW E550 CABRIOLET? HOW DID THEY DO THIS? I LOVED MY SL! WELL, MR BILL WINSLOW SPENT A LITTLE TIME WITH US BECAUSE WE WERE JUST PEEKING AROUND LOOKING AT ALL THE CARS IN THE SHOWROOM, AND KILLING SOME TIME OUT ON THE LOT..AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM IN DEPTH, HE DETERMINED THAT SINCE MY WIFE NEVER DROVE OUR SL 550 BECAUSE SHE FELT IT WAS TOO MUCH SPORT AND POWER, THAT "MAYBE" WE "MIGHT" CONSIDER A DIFFERENT MODEL THAT POSSIBLY SHE MIGHT FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE IN AND MAYBE ENJOY DRIVING A MERCEDES HERSELF? SO ALONG WE GO AND THE WIFE SEES A BRAND NEW CABRIOLET..ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PICK UP "MY" SL550..(AND IT ONLY HAD 6000 MILES ON IT) WELL, LONG STORY SHORT, WE DROVE OUT WITH THIS CAR AND GUESS WHAT..FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS, THE WIFE AND EVEN MYSELF, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR..ITS EASIER FOR HER TO DRIVE, AND SHES BASICALLY GONE NOW, JUST CRUISING ALL AROUND AND LOVING IT..IVE NOT SEEN HER THIS HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE IN ANY OF THE MERCEDES MODELS WE HAVE HAD OVER THE YEARS..WHAT A CAR, STRONG POWER RESPONSE, GORGEOUS INTERIOR, EXCELLENT RIDE, VERY GOOD VISIBILTY..AND SHE LOVES THE TOP DOWN..SO HOW DID WE GO FROM A 2013 6000 MILE SL550 TO AN ECLASS CABRIOLET? IT WAS EASY AFTER TEST DRIVING THAT CAR..SHE IMMEDIATELY FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH IT, WAY MORESO THAN THE SL.. MR WINSLOW, AND EVEN DAVID CLASTER IN SERVICE, THAT WE JUST HAPPEN TO MEET, (VERY LONG STORY) HELPED US SO MUCH, THAT IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS MODEL IN THE FIRST PLACE..NOW THIS DEALERSHIP HELPED CREATE A NEW CHALLENGE FOR US! HOW DO I GET THIS CAR AWAY FROM THE WIFE?? IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR ME! I GUESS I WILL BE "VISITING" THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE NEAR FUTURE AGAIN, TO FIND "MYSELF" ANOTHER CAR..OH WELL! We were greeted by Fabian Tafur and we felt comfortable from the start. He was very knowledgable about the cars and we never felt pushed. The car that we wanted was sold right away but we were able to check on their website on new inventory. Fabian answered our e-mails and calls with information that we needed. Fabian was very helpful and patient with all the questions about the car. We highly recommend that if anyone is in the market to get a new or used car, call Fabian Tafur at RBM Alpharetta and check their website periodically to find your car. More

She has spent a fair amount of time researching this. When we found you had the Northern Light Violet I knew we were going to purchase it even before we headed out there. This is Julie's dream come true. I think I told you all my first career I spent as a factory guy with Pontiac Motor Division. I have seen it all. I just went through assisting my brother in Arizona purchase a car. The games and deceit that gave dealers a bad name years ago were abundant. You guys were all highly professional, knowledgable, courteous and most importantly no pressure or games. It was an exceptional sales experience. You were more focused on seeing that everything was explained and that this met our needs rather than making the sale. Particularly working with Julie and answering her questions and concerns. Frankly I was surprised at the spot delivery pending the outstanding down payment. You guys made this happen without any pressure or shenanigans. Just pure exceptional customer service. Feel free to post this on your website, public media etc. and use us as a reference. When I worked for Pontiac my district was consistently in the top 5 in the corporation for customer satisfaction.
