Never did I imagine, that I would like a car salesman until I met David Wang. He is very personable, polite, and most important of all extremely knowledgeable about cars in general. Meeting him at the dealership was the best decision we ever made during our search for a new car this year. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the dealer ship (we made a prior appointment and recommend everyone do so, this dealership is amazingly busy and I now see why). Prior to this experience, I had only heard of people going back to the same dealer again and again for their car needs and now I am one of those. I am going no where but to David from this point on for my car buying needs in the future. The entire process was very smooth and totally painless. Every thing that David promised he delivered on including ensuring that our car is ready by the time we finished our paperwork. I understand this has also to do a lot wit the entire team at RBM North and not just David but never ever in my past experience have I seen a team that backs their Sales team so much (and I am speaking from experience of buying 3 cars for myself and over 6 cars for family and friends). The Finance Manager was also surprisingly pleasant. We were in and out of there like no body's business unlike in the past where it was a long drawn process of selling addons. Lisa Brennan was the best Finance manager and her experience shows in the way she speaks. No addons were sold except ones we asked for. She even formed a customized package for us of the addons we wanted since they were not packaged by the dealership that way. I hate to sound like a TV Commercial but if you are in the market to buy a new car, go no where else but to see David & Lisa. More

Further, this vehicle had additional features that we forgot to add on our order. I would not hesitate to recommend Reza Azizi to family and friends. He's a gentleman and even helped me install my kids car seat! (Who does that!?) More
