He worked with me for a few months always keeping me informed of new inventory without pressuring. Ultimately, he found exactly what I was looking for and made certain the car was available for me. My husband and I came into the dealership to just look at Mercedes as I was in need of a new/used car as it was time for my 1999 mustang to retire!! (even though I loved that car!) My husband had been in months before and was just looking and then he took me in to test drive a car and requested Rick Seltzer, as he had spoken with him when he had originally come in! Rick treated us with the respect and honesty. I had never driven a Mercedes and honestly we were not looking to buy that day, as this was the first place we stopped to start the car looking process. Rick showed us a 2012 certified used C250 sedan. I fell in love with the car and after taking a test drive I knew I could not drive anything else. This car is so comfortable and easy to drive! Rick told all about the car and we even looked at some of the new cars on the lot. But I kept going back to the car I test drove. After sitting with Rick and talking price etc., we decided we wanted that car. We put some money down and came back on Monday to make the purchase. My daughter bought a CPO ML 350 from Rick in early 2012 - so my wife and I knew we had to visit Rick when we decided to purchase our E350.
