Our salesperson was Mr. Paul Miller and he really went out of his way to make our buying experience timely, informational, and efficient. He really knows his product and he provided us with accurate data and competitive prices. Paul was extremely courteous and he made us feel like part of the RBM family. He provided information on all of the special proograms, features and benefits associated with the Mercedes Benz brand. His follow up post sale has been extraordinary and we both feel that if we have a question or concern about our new car that Paul is only a phone call/solution away. I had spoken with Nick several times online and on the phone while trying to negotiate this sale. He was very courteous, not pushy or arrogant in any way and tried very diligently to answer all of my questions as promptly and thoroughly as possible. Once we reached an agreement, he made sure to have my car ready for pick up. He also took the time to demonstrate the operation of the car's many features both during and after the test drive. I am most grateful to him for his courtesy and overall effort in making this sale a much higher success than what I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. Nick Underwood made our car buying a real experience which cannot be forgotten.It proves there are some people who really care about the customers rather than the sale. He was a very professional and friendly salesperson I have ever come across.We test drove the CPO car and started asking more questions or options available in the new car vs CPO. He patiently answered all of our questions. We had back and forth email communications for the multiple questions that we had for a week.The knowledge that he has on the multiple products was amazing. Before going to RBM North, we went to some other dealership who just brushed us off and was so arrogant answering questions as if we were supposed to have known everything before going there. But Nick was very nice to work with and wasn't pushy at all. He let us explore into other brand luxury cars and come to a decision at our pace. He worked with us to get the best deal possible in making this a sale!! I will definitely refer my family and friends to buy their car at RBM and specially work with Nick! On April 19th, we purchased our second Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta North. Both times David Wang was our sales person – the second time coordinated with Andy Sayers. They are the best car salesmen we have ever worked with. David Wang is extremely helpful and honest as is Andy. I hate knowing that we need a new car, but twice now RBM North has made the experience pleasant. This second time we walked into the dealership without having a clear idea of what model we were looking for, and we ended up purchasing an ML350 after working with David and Andy. The ML350 is perfect for our needs and very fun to drive. If you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes, you should visit this location. My wife and I were considering a new small SUV to replace a currently owned vehicle. We decided to visit RBM North with no prior discussions about choosing a Mercedes-Benz or RBM. We were greeted by Fabian Tafur upon our arrival, and over the next few hours he provided the courteous and knowledgable sales information that we expect when considering a luxury vehicle like M-B. Fabian not only described the features and options available to the ML 350, but made sure we were able to experience the differences first-hand by allowing us to test drive several models (gasoline and diesel). When we returned several days later to complete our purchase, Fabian and the finance staff stayed after hours to ensure we were able to drive our new vehicle home that evening. Again, when providing financing options RBM carefully and accurately explained the options so that we were well-informed. During the process, Fabian kept in contact with us but was not pressuring us for a sale in any way. It was refreshing to work with someone who wanted to be certain that we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. More
I had been experiencing the run-around from the Birmingham Store, and getting no-where fast; That is when I happened across RBM, called and asked for a Smart salesperson, David Wang came on the lin Birmingham Store, and getting no-where fast; That is when I happened across RBM, called and asked for a Smart salesperson, David Wang came on the line - he was prompt, efficient, very knowledgeable & super friendly! After a few phone calls back and forth, and excellent phone courtesy and service, we (my boyfriend and I) drove that very next day over 4 hours to their store where we were immediately made to feel welcome. We went looking for specifically for the Smart ForTwo Brabus, and David was ready for us when we arrived, our new car was already washed and detailed and ready. David had all of the paperwork ready for us, had given us a fantastic price for my trade in and on the Brabus, and in less than 1 hour, Lisa had us in her office to go over and finalize the sale of our new car. This was the absolute BEST experience we have both had EVER with a car salesperson, dealership and all staff. We have already referred some friends and family to RBM!! The knowledge of the staff, the ease of the entire transaction was well worth the trip!!! Thank you to RBM, especially David and Lisa for such a WONDERFUL car buying experience!!! :) More

I myself also a car salesman and quite familiar with the process of selling a vehicle and wasn’t looking forward to the back and forth haggling. Nick Underwood was very friendly and non-aggressive, we like his personality and salesmanship upon meeting him. We test drove the car and got to know Nick better. At that point we knew we wanted to purchase the vehicle from him. We were unable to make a deal on the 1st attempt. We left and looked at other CRV’s with fewer miles with lower prices at other dealerships. We worked out some numbers and decided to return to RBM Of Atlanta North and do a deal with Nick. It was his personality, character, openness and non-aggressive approached that finalized our decision to return and purchase a vehicle from him, We also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Brennan in Finance, she was absolutely great!!!!!
