I came in for a test drive on a Wednesday afternoon, brought my wife back the next afternoon for her test drive, and we had a new car by Friday. Even though we were purchasing a pre-owned non-Mercedes, we were treated with the utmost respect and class in a very relaxed and friendly environment. David arranged for some cosmetic touchup and maintenance at no extra charge, and had it looking super fresh when we came to pick it up. The whole process couldn't have been simpler and more satisfying. I cannot recommend David enough, he really went the extra mile to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase. More

He was very courteous, not pushy or arrogant in any way and tried very diligently to answer all of my questions as promptly and thoroughly as possible. Once we reached an agreement, he made sure to have my car ready for pick up. He also took the time to demonstrate the operation of the car's many features both during and after the test drive. I am most grateful to him for his courtesy and overall effort in making this sale a much higher success than what I've experienced at other dealerships in the past.
