We walked in to the dealership to just test drive the E-Class and learn about how it differentiates with its competitors. A week later we drove out with our own E-Class, all due to Paul. He showed extreme respect, answered all our questions (again and again), is very responsive and worked with us on pricing and options etc. with diligence. Fabian Tafur is the MAN if you are looking for a new or used Mercedes-Benz. This is my second purchase with Fabian. I consider Fabian a fair, non-pressuring, cool persona; a sales gentleman who is something to be appreciated. Fabian has gone above and beyond for me on a few occasions for service, loaner vehicles, wheel repair, general questions. Fabian has always been very accommodating for any need that might arise. Sharon from Finance was also very thorough to explain any questions I had and provides sound recommendations for product upgrades. I highly recommend the wheel and tire package. It costs something like $1200 (I think) but one of the rims on your Mercedes will cost you $1000 or more and if you have those AMG wheels get ready to open your pocketbook. Fabian and Sharon can assist you with any Mercedes-Benz products or services. The entire staff at RBM North has always been exemplary but that is why they are the leader in Georgia for new Mercedes sales. More

I recently purchased a 2012 Ml 350 4 Matic from RMB North with Greg Lapina as my sales associate. I went on a test drive with him, where he let me get a good feel for the car on the interstate as well as local roads without being all in my face about it. It was a very comfortable experience where I did not feel any overwhelming pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing the Ml 350 within a few days. I have had the car for 2 months now and everything is going well with it and Greg has still be following up with me to make sure everything is perfect. I feel that myself and the car are well looked after by the family at RBM North and would suggest at least going there and talking to a few people if you are considering buying a new car. More
I first met Reza about a year ago when I was looking at a new vehicle. I ended up not purchasing a Mercedes at that time primarily due to the body style being offered. Reza was courteous even after I let him know I'd selected another vehicle. As a salesperson myself I appreciated his attitude even in "defeat." Unfortunately my car was in an accident and was totaled this spring so I found myself unexpectedly in car buying mode again. I called on Reza and he remembered me but he was busy at the time I came to the dealership. Rather than making me wait he set me up with Andy Sayers who assisted me immediately. Both Reza and Andy showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in the car industry and both were extremely knowledgeable. Usually I was there with both my young boys in tow and they did everything they could to accomodate us. The purchase process was painless and straightforward - again a departure from the "norm" with car dealerships. Reza and Andy have a customer for life. I love my "new" E350 and recommend that you ask for either Reza or Andy when you visit. More

He informed me of the additional warranties/services offered by Mercedes for certified cars, but didn't pressure me into any of them. Both he and the Finance Manager, Lisa, ensured I understood the specifics of my purchase price. Another associate, Diana, showed me all the cool things about my car so I didn't have to guess how to put gas in it, change the radio station, or adjust the seat. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I left the dealership feeling like I got a good deal on a great car. I highly recommend RBM of Atlanta - North. More
