We were looking specifically for a late model, low mileage Cabriolet. I had done some research on the net, but felt uncomfortable not seeing the vehicle in person. We stopped at RBM "out of the blue" and we're greeted by David Wang before we ever entered the dealorship. David made us feel at home immediately and was extremely knowledgable and helpful, unfortunetly he had no vehicles with our specs available. Much to our surprise, a couple of days later, David called with information concerning a vehicle about to be turned in which he thought was just what we were looking for, a 2008 350 CLK with low mileage and in perfect condition. When we saw the vehicle it was a done deal. If it weren't for David's professionalism and friendliness I'm not sure we would have found the car of our dreams. Thanks David. More

I live in South Carolina and I needed a car to be wrapped for my company. So I shopped around with several dealers in three states and RBM offered the best price. We bought a used car from RBM North, and the car had a problem the first day we had it. Even though RBM is about 65 miles from our home, they sent a truck to pick up the car and take it back to the deale problem the first day we had it. To make a long story short, they took care of the problem quickly and professionally, even though it wasn't a problem that was their fault. When you engage in any business, things will go wrong at some time. The important part is that the dealer stands behind the product. RBM did this all the way. I recommend them very highly! More
